There seems to be a lot of people leaving the business, some of their own choice but some as stealth redundancies (BH usual). Anyone have any inside info?

Local managers in Nigeria and Angola can manage local operations so why does Aberdeen need outside help to manage their business? It’s just a service industry so not that difficult.
10% headcount reduction across the board. Starting in Aberdeen in May, but will affect US also.

There’s never a straight answer to be had to any question from anywhere within BH.
BH have got Staff reductions down to an art form where they fine tune the numbers & periods so they don’t have to notify the relevant authorities.
Either that or they pi$$ people off to such an extent that they leave, then Management chalk it up as a cost saving whilst spanking themselves senseless over their next bonus levels.
Creating an unproductive toxic environment seems to be the order of the day for the narcissists that run BH.

Yep, other sites beware – it’s always a Kiss of Death from BH when they label your site as being a ‘Centre of Excellence’.
There's been a constant reduction in staff at Nailsea over the past 18 months. Another round going on at the moment. Morale at an all time low and no indication of when it will end or where it's going. The death spiral continues!
