@119 … other such media is what I meant. Use the United Healthcare link instead, but please understand we can’t help you here. Social media might be a much better forum for your issue.
If you must post insurance items then go and post on the UHC link! Here we deal with software mostly and other non insurance related things. Also, we are here either venting about our experience as employees or former employees are educating existing ones on bad practices, etc. You can post this on TikTok and other ducts media. Otherwise you are drowning out necessary links and threads from being seen. We aren’t here to defend this company. We know who and what they are. We also can’t help you here.
People keep voting for the broken healthcare system in the US so what do you expect?
Typical
Hopefully they appeal and file a complaint with their states’ insurance commissioner
But AI is not used to deny claims
@ca Yep! I always tell people if you want to come work for Optum expect your insurance premiums to go up too.
When people I know learn that I work for Optum and it is part of UNH, they always complain to be about how terrible their experience is with UHC.
It's like no person touched the claim before denial.
I guess it is the mother's fault for not holding the twins in until full-term to deliver them. American healthcare should not be for profit.
