@ga+1jk8w1hs5 "The subscriptions earn revenue every year our customers subscribe"
And Model E loses billions every year... still 20x the revenue from subscriptions... your point being?
@b4+1jk8w1hs5 my old math professor:
what's 2+2?
math guy: 4
quantum physics guy: 5, but only for sufficiently large values of 2.
accountant: what do you want it to be?
Books cooked

The subscriptions earn revenue every year our customers subscribe, so the earnings repeat every year. Which is a strategic advantage of the subscription based business model.
Problem is most of the subscriptions are only pulling in $5-$10 monthly.
Farley is so EXCITED about recurring subscription revenue.
650,000 “paid” subscribers!
Even if each pays $500 annual subscription, that is $325,000,000 annual revenue.
Model e loses 15x that amount t annually.
@fm+1jk8w1hs5 Sherry House has better reading skills, and sure knows how to set the bar low for 2025 results.
Listening to the earnings call, Farley needs to practice reading a script!
His nervousness is on full display.
How about 5%?
Because you deserve less
@ca+1jk8w1hs5 "That's impressive! ... especially outperforming GM"
Why is GMs salaried bonus at least 2x ours?
That's impressive! A 12% year-on-year revenue growth is no small feat, especially outperforming GM. It shows that Ford's strategies are paying off and the team is executing well
This is just a preview of the future growth. New Model e products will make the BEV market solidly in profit for us and delight customers. That means more sales and market share, especially in all aspects of modern electrified mobility.
@a5 You mean congratulations to our accounting and finance people who came up with a new way to spin the numbers. If a factory burns down and you get an insurance settlement even though you dont plan on rebuilding, you can then book it as revenue, which is just as good as cash or maybe even money, right? /s
GM sells more vehicles, generates more revenue, and has higher profits than Ford.
I can spin percentages to make thingss sound threat, and too.
We sold 1 EV in December, we sold 2 EVs in January, a 100% increase!
OP must be in model eh.
"Congratulations, Ford! It's always nice to win by a sliver. Beating GM by 1%—truly, the stuff of legends. But let's remember, in the grand scheme of things, a single percentage point might not be enough to coast on. Keep your eyes on sustainable growth, because resting on laurels can make for a pretty uncomfortable seat."
And I am predicting that megan fox is having a thr--some with me and priyanka chopra
