It’s happening before or right after fiscal ends. It’s already been hinted at during some 1:1s that changes are coming. It’s a matter of when, not if. A lot of vetting is happening right now.
It already has happened in India. The larger will be announced in March-April.

If not, my guess is before Q3 earnings. I know for a fact there are plans in motion for an organizational changes. But I have no clue when they will implement them…..
Lots went to vast because they have zero confidence in GK and all the current president does is take selfies all over the world. Vast has the original NetApp sales leader.

That's not actually true. Sure there are the ones that always say "the sky is falling", but there are definitely people in the know that whistle blow. You can usually tell the difference if you're paying attention and the ones in the know usually give a little more context and background. But I've known about layoffs months in advance picking out the right leads in these forums.
The real answer: No one frequenting this site knows. But of course the usual people here say it is happening. If they repeatedly say it over and over again, and it eventually happens, then they feel justified for the dozens of times they were just spouting it.

As a former leader/people Manager at netapp i can say historically layoffs were the first tuesday of February.
Enterprise Security is gone it will all be done from Bangalore.
