How long do you need to be at the company to be vested, partially or totally for your 401(k)?

401k Lawsuit went quiet? Still using Vanguard.
@c9 yes they do. And the one offered by UHG definitely does.
You have to be at the company for one year for the 3.5% match and you have to contribute 6%. Vested at two years.
401k's don't vest.
2 years total to be vested
1 year before company will even match the 1% at 1:1
