Why don’t we just replace the worthless SLT with AI? The direction will be way more focused and with clear strategy. We will save tens of millions if not hundreds of millions when counting stock comp and bonuses.

Yes. The Board of Directors and compensation committee protects them. I bet the table they sit at is a circle too.
The it absolutely boggles my mind how much SLTs get paid compared to the rest of us to do the absolute bare minimum. How is there no oversight at that level. Is it like a circle of a$$*** brotherhood/ sisterhood that protects them?

Executive leadership still cannot read a room. Also - executive leadership is how we got here in the first place.
I have been here more than 15 years and have never seen morale this low. I have been on many CAB calls over the years and it seems like you being the expert on the thing needing to be changed, somehowmakes you the bad guy. I hear actual engineers and sme's get chewed out for having to explain a thing that at a technical level is obvious. Non-experts deciding whether or not the person that designed the thing know what they are doing.
