They will threaten, blackmail, coerce you. And they will make things up and paint a bad picture of you. Defamation of character all the way. They are trained in gaslighting and making you feel you have no rights or options and they will serve you that document like an explosive offer which a psychological tactic and obviously shows they are weak. Do not sign. Also protect yourself. Also know your rights. Also be able to prove unethical wrongdoing and defend your character!!!

All I’m saying is I internally reported and a month later was blackmailed and doxed by people in ford. I thought it was a protected activity that was confidential I had no idea someone would start intimidating me and coercing to accept false reality as a result. They tried to shame me and make me feel bad about things I did before puberty computer related when I was young and a kid. If only it validated my experience and skills. They started using that to keep me quiet. I’m trying to warn others that these people aren’t guided by ethics. Additionally, the point isn’t that structural exclusion leading to unintended opportunity is a vengeful path. It’s more so meaning that you are forced to think outside the box due to unfair systems that don’t necessarily seem to protect you. Think of the young version before puberty, that young version didn’t have access to advanced paced learning in elementary school, instead was perceived as a trouble maker. As a result, sought education outside of the system. How dare you try to make it seem twisted. The point isn’t you guys are abusing money and power to do things that are absolutely unfair and I do say the people that are victims to this could have been nurtured to contribute to society instead of facing jealousy and exploitation from bad actors that are desensitized to wrong doing because it’s normal. I never have been stalked or followed before until I joined ford. This was scary. You aren’t understanding how this impacted and hurt my life. have a good day and I hope you take time to think of what I said.
