What would it be like to have leaders who were so visionary that they could grow the company rather than continually shrink it? Keep hiring in India while also hiring in HC10 countries.
“We work for our shareholders”, sounds familiar. When you fire a lot of people, when your earnings overpass your losses; it is because you work model is failing.
