No layoffs in December as DELL doesn't do that.

I hope so. Right at 8am.
I’m surprised they don’t lay people off on Christmas, or on specific holidays. Although that might impact their life and we wouldn’t want to do that.
Seeing as they've been laying folks off almost every day for the last 3 years, you shouldn't be surprised.
