Voyix needs to be sold as soon as possible. How many fortune 500 companies are at the mercy of this company should it fold?? Leadership doesnt care about employees, customers or revenue. Zero funding for all divisions and mass 5 day RTO requirement without knowing where the office will be. It all su-ks

With engineering outsourced and moving out, how much space does NCR need? Can it all fit in the South Tower?

So, the NCRU facility in PTC has closed? Where will classroom training be? Not mid-town, far too expensive.
I always liked the training at PTC, actually taught there several times for “special McDonald’s” projects.

Management does not seem to have responded to the news that employees figured out the NCRV office space is up for sale before they could announce it internally. Seems they don't really care about the the employees.

Yeah, they are really hurting for money with 1.4 billion in debt. NCR Voyx is really struggling.

It sounds like it according to the article if they can subleases the entire space.
"NCR, which is expected to remain based in Atlanta, continues to occupy some of its Eighth on Spring footprint. The company plans to evaluate options to relocate elsewhere once it lands one or more subtenants to take over its Midtown space, where it has been headquartered since landlord Cousins Properties completed the two buildings in 2018."

@c6 No, the south tower has been on the market for 2 years. The north tower — all 20 floors of it — is new. Things must be bleak if they can’t even pay for ½ the footprint they signed up for just 7 years ago.

The north tower has been for lease for more than a year, this is nothing new. South tower is the one to watch.

Once again, this is another example of how our third world class leadership team cannot be transparent in terms of company direction or company communication. Can someone please promote the CEO as soon as possible.
