No one is outsourcing anything. In fact, teams from India and other countries are getting laid off. They are automated through AI. Welcome to 2025 and stop lying about everything going offshore.
@c6 and the nods of understanding right? Its been years for me of offshore Indian developers. They will build "only what you ask and nothing more." if you do not have an actual technical pm or architect involved, who can do critical thinking, your bridge to nowhere will be built, it just won't be useful. But that might be the plan all along, need to retool...More development.

@c6 They don't have to think critically because they are assured employment from a country that won't employ it's citizens or fix the exec disparity pay issues.
What I noticed this week on my meetings with off-shore developers - One glaring thing we lose-is that there is no critical thinking on what is asked to be built. NO questioning anything. They will just build an upside down mousetrap if asked. We will give them work on a project for 12-18 months that has no chance of sticking in the market. That is called a win-lose.
Same with AI. Gonna make it so much faster to do the job of marketing and profiling consumers who are all broke di-ks and cannot buy anything sold by these companies
