@c4 same. Being hybrid saves money and helped family's well being. Be nice to have that back again because it worked. Only the few who abused ruined it for everyone

@cq retention bonuses were given out to I think grade 11 and above, new college grads are getting to grade 11 in like 2/3 years. I wouldn’t consider someone an exec until they are at the VP level.

Berkeley Heights is proof hybrid works, it should be a no brainer to expand it.

See, I think the company missed a big opportunity. I’d rather have had more flexibility to wfh than a retention bonus.
