We have reduced our headache via attrition and not back filling extensively over the past year. It's such a slow boil, and we had so much redundancy, there wasn't really a huge impact on most areas (yes there are a few groups struggling, but hopefully the org shifts will spread the pain around enough to make dull it)
There is a reorg coming soon in GT … the scale of that is not yet defined, but I would be shocked if it didn’t include some job loss.

I think the folks that are "retiring" are also getting the package and in true sense layoffs.

Despite all rumors, no mass layoffs are planned for June on GT.
They should be coming, cut the fat, clear out the useless Director level.
