Just curious, after I have signed and turned in the severance, what does the company do? Do they sign and return it to me or is their "acceptance" implied when I get a check ?

@c2 I got mine the pay period after I last worked so my severance came 3 weeks after my last day.
@bs thanks. Isn't there also the 15 day period where you can revoke it? I guess what I'm trying to determine is they don't pay out until that time has expired. Is that correct? Thanks !
@OP They do not sign and return but you will get an email once they receive the signed paperwork. You should receive your severance in approx 2 to 3 weeks. Or at least that is how long it took to receive mine. I was terminated with the 11/20 group, last day was 12/8.
