$2 billion of CHIPS Act money made Intel beat earnings last quarter. Now Intel and Bain Capital have nothing left to cook the books for a broken company selling parts for scrap.

It's not that the CHIPS act needs to end. It's just that CHIPS act money invested in specifically Intel is not a good investment.
