Honestly, I’ll be grateful for the kick in the butt that finally gets me out of this horrid company. Even if I wanted to comply, I just can't, so there's not much more to think about. Sometimes, not having a choice ends up being the best thing that happens to you. I’ve been casually looking for other opportunities already, but now it's time to start doing it seriously.

Fiserv is garbage.
Ok. You got your wash. R U resigning now or next week?

I can tell you that I will not be going in 5 days a week. If and when that is thrust upon us I will use up all my "joke" unlimited vacation and then they can rif me. It's hard enough not to quit as it is. I already said no to 9 hours in the building. I put in more than the eight hours. A "Lunch hour" is a waste of time. More to the point, a waste of My time.
We will be working five days in the office starting March 10
Late to the party. 5 day RTO for most of us
I hate Fiserv. They laid me off out of nowhere! Right before the holidays. They say they care about your wellbeing but they don’t. Trash company
While yes, it’s easier to find a job when you have one… If you need to leave for your mental health and can support your family, then do it. If you’re buckled up because of pay or insurance reasons… Just lay low for a bit. Get your resume together and start your escape plan after March. Use Fiserv’s resources to gain all the knowledge you can.
I’m casually looking for a new role. I am waiting for bonuses and some stock to vest here soon then it’s full on GTFOH because I still see a leash from FB hanging over Fiserv.
Culture doesn’t change overnight and I’m mid 40’s.
I wholeheartedly agree with @c2+1jkcdkyhv, it’s easier to find another job while currently employed! I’ve personally known other colleagues that were RIF’d a few months back and having that work gap doesn’t help. While being employed with Fiserv my search for a similar position lasted a painstakingly five months. I recently was offered a position with a competitor. My last day is in two week. Although I’m very displeased with how this company has gone to the cr-pper , I still provided my two weeks notice because this company allowed me to build my rewarding career. I wish the best to you all and especially to my mentors and colleagues.
Market su-ks, they know it and if the last Draconian action by the most uninspiring fake leader in the industry didn’t motivate you nothing will.
It's easier to land something while employed. Market is terrible now.
