WARN notice was dated Jan 14th, posted on the NY WARN website on March 10th for April 14th closure start…go to the website and make sure you scroll to the rightside columns and read everything to get this info
@c0 whole point of WARN is to give ppl a headsup that there will be mass layoffs so wld be odd to give notice in March for Jan layoffs…everyone cld just read the damn notices and figure it out for themselves

For the 100th time, this represents the January layoffs. The March layoffs have yet to be posted on the NYS Warn site.
