HR protecting certain DEI categories so if your group’s target is 8% and you are not protected, then there is more than an 8% chance you get NSI.

NSI rate also highly dependant on your group.....are they planning on moving roles to TC's or another dead end idea cough LCS. Those will have a much higher PIP rate.
