What is NSI % in your org?

10% in my rank group
Don’t know the % but I got a PIP in WD.
HR protecting certain DEI categories so if your group’s target is 8% and you are not protected, then there is more than an 8% chance you get NSI.
8% in GP sounds about right, a lot of roles to get rid of in HC10 to be replaced by BTC

10 % low carbon solutions. I was the 10 percent.
How about Annandale? 20%?
Sadly the company hasn't gotten the message yet - DEI is still a huge factor in who is put into NSI.

NSI rate also highly dependant on your group.....are they planning on moving roles to TC's or another dead end idea cough LCS. Those will have a much higher PIP rate.
