Meh I just do the bare minimum and get meets expectation now. I’m sure I’ll be laid off at some point but don’t think it will be because of my work. Their layoffs seem to be random at target top performers as much as low performers. The secret is not to care and then you’re free.

I started at TI when worldwide employment was well over 80K.......Yeah CD's were just becoming a thing and the VCR was cool tech......3 months in at the job after asking HR about layoff history in the DESG div ( response was never had layoffs in DSEG)... the layoffs started.....and continued .....even after jumping to SC after 5 years.......cr#p happens.....turned into a nearly 40 year stint....it paid the bills .....but was always nervous until the last 10 years.......good luck to everyone still trying to make a go at TI.
You'll find another company to powder your butt before your nap. Wondering how you were hired in the first place. Grow up, skippy.
