TellDell has a cost, it's run by an external company. Given the current state why pay $$ for a survey a) you don't care about and b) you don't care about.

Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't manifest this year.

You should probably check out the show Severance or watch the movie Office Space. You clearly don't have nearly sufficient levels of cynicism for working at a place like Dell if you honestly believe for a second Dell gives a sh-t about Tell Dell.

I've been giving the lowest score for years and it does nothing. If you're on the fence, think what has your manager done for you? Mine likes to say come on guys, it could be worse. Rto isn't that bad! Look at the fun we have? Regardless if they are "nice" or not, do they help with rto? Did they get you back a hybrid or remote spot you want? Do they speak up in org meetings to leadership? PROBABLY NOT! Give the a low score as they just gaslight you and do what their leaders say.

If they don't speak up then they are just as guilty. If they don't want to be liars. Go be an Account Executive like the good managers who already left or get zeros on tell dell haha. Don't sell out your souls for a job that doesnt care about you

They can't fire many more direct managers with the 20 direct reports. I wouldn't worry much about affecting them.

Also you can still give your leader high marks and Dell low marks.
