Literally every day that goes by, this company is dying a bit more with jokers in charge.

Very soon and will be laid off again within one year.
Soon!
No CEO needed. Just merge whatever value is left with existing companies.
Who in their right mind would want to be CEO of Intel. Lots of big decisions need to be made to stop the bleeding. Intel is no longer a growth company with continuing loss of market share.
We need Sandra as ceo. She was great at dcai
That might explain the drums of Chemo I saw heading down Great America Parkway. I smell decay from there abouts
Intel has to stop bleeding first then try to recover as much as possible. It does not make sense to start on new endeavors and try to overtake the leaders right now just like a recovering cancer patient. For this, Intel is perfectly able and should actively do without a new CEO. Only if Intel can show effort to save itself, the outside help can come.
@by: Silicon Geezus was let go late last year
Some people still want him back
They will not hire a new CEO. Intel will be acquired, that is what they are working on right now…..guaranteed
Geezus couldn't save the place at this point.
Maybe they can get Renee back. If not they will likely end up hiring one of these 2 ninkempoops
Everyone at Intel is a CEO with cheap pay. Nothing will change.
July dude, July.
Just have to figure out how to keep Intel marching forward with Mom&Dad in charge for a while
Chillax.
If IFS won’t work out you can close Intel. No competitive products from 10+ years. Margins below 40. No response to:
- AI
- DC
- PC
- FPGA
- GPU
Losing x86 to AMD and ARM on daily basis.
I know you have no understanding of market, and you totally have shown that you have no idea what IFS products are, and why cutting edge technology is important for US.
Hopefully the new CEO will get rid of IFS.
It’s low margin.
It has huge capex and risk.
It requires enormous scale to work and Intel is very sub-scale.
It requires trust and no conflict of interest.
The whole geopolitics argument also makes no sense. Ok, let’s say by some miracle, IFS is competitive… who is going to manufacture the motherboards and all of the other PC components? Pretty much ALL of this is designed and manufactured in Taiwan. You’ll have a bunch of chips without a place to put them!
Who cares?
Nobody can turn this around.
Key talent is gone. Whoever is the CEO will not have the horses to run.
