For US employees… anyone has an idea if they offer you a position that is in a different state (Texas…) if you don’t want to move (they already indicated in the location preference form that they are NOT paying for relocations) do you lose your severance or because the offer is beyond 100mi from your current location that will give it to you? Any insights?

Caps out at 12 months if you started after 10/1/09. 16.5 months max if you started before.
It’s the same package as reinvent with a sliding scale that maxes out at 16.5 months of severance pay
I heard the 4 weeks per year is expected to be reduced to 2 weeks. But 100% a rumor. I understand that the UK was reduced to 3 weeks from 4 after reinvent.
Previously it was one month of pay per year of employment up to 12 months. Not sure if that has changed.
