RTO 5 days in January?

Saw a few of these posts about 5 day RTO in January and there’s supposed to be an email coming out soon. Anyone have info on this?

@c9 One has nothing to do with the other you clown. Unless you’re one of the 13k who were let go then I understand why you’re here stirring sh-t.

For what it’s worth, Dan did say that he saw no benefit in RTO 5 days. 3 Days it will be for the foreseeable future.

This is BS, i wouldnt mind RTO but i havent seen them ready my space to allow for mass influx of desk requirements. I didnt ask for WFH, they ordered me to. I use my own power, internet and even buy a lot of my own supplies, including computer stuff. They save on real estate, power, maintenance etc and workers are more productive when not interfered with by time robbers. Lastly how would they handle all the union employees that were given permanent contractual WFH status? Are they going to stay at home and supervisor has to go to office to supervise them? I hope the released employees find better jobs and peace, i know i am going to be tortured here for at least a little while longer trying to hold on. Lets all make the best of it.

13K people lost their jobs and you are still posting and whining about RTO. You are like that little kid when the parents refused to buy that piece of candy at the store. Don't like it then quit. I bet you won't.

@bh

And days of enduring the presence of buttlickers like you are here. No wonder employees are quitting.

They have not spent millions on updating buildings for 3 days of RTO. I heard they completely remodeled Irving to include the cafe, common areas and teleconferencing capabilities. Certain offices will be shut down and others will be staffed up and we will be in those centers 5 days a week. There have been multiple RIF's where people not near a hub were let go. Remote workers will be told to move or find another job.

For those that don't like it. Remember, Sam told us that the Pulse Surveys indicated that employees want to return to the office. LOL. How do they say this cr-p with a straight face??

Leadership isn’t that interested in 5 days, it’s got other priorities. 3 only came in I heard due to pressure from the Fed

Curious to know whether this is really happening. Would not be surprised at all because it’s a great way to get people to voluntarily leave without paying them severance.
