Heard about June layoff rumors , anyone heard same ? Any org impacted ?

@bx0 whole teams of directors/managers are exactly why Gilead wastes a lot of time and money. Some of them have been there for 20 yrs and it’s your job to convince them to do what’s done as industry standards. It was a full time job managing up then you have to do your real job lol
@bws there's whole teams that are all managers or directors now since everyone in a lower role was let go. The hierarchy needs to be flattened
@bsy sad but the directors themselves are the ones that need to go. I know that PDM is a bloated organization. I don’t know about medical affairs, research, etc
@bk7 directors are being asked to reduce headcount. If your manager stops looking you in the eye, there's your answer
