@a9 A reasonable test for ESRO is to get rid of anyone associated with this rag or who reads reads it for a source of trusted information. Seems this rag doesn't bother to update their facts: https://cybersecurityventures.com/jobs/ about who is leading ESRO.

Any word on when VP Brent Muilenburg will be removed. There are serious issues in his wheelhouse. One of the people on our team that was axed last year was removed because they made him aware of quality issues with coding and payments. Some of the procedures that are part of standard coverage are coded to look like they are associated with reimbursable and recoverable payments.

One would expect with all the talk about AI that our systems would catch miscodes.

No but what we do know is the ESRO is better for the axing of Nico and team. Sadly Optum is a mess and will try to cost cut its way out of the mess.
