I just joined NCR Atleos about 6 months ago. It is the most disorganized and poorly managed company I have ever seen. I am leaving the company in a week due to an abrasive, argumentative, management style, technology that barely works, new parts that fail upon installation, broken processes & procedures and cr-p pay. ATM technicians should flee this company and never look back. The management I have dealt with do nothing but drop the ball when asked to do something. They are rude, overpaid mo--ns that have never turned a wrench in the field. Management I have dealt with are disrespectful and self-serving. They don't really know how to deal with people. Dealing with they Field Support Centre in Serbia is more than painful. Shut it down folks, outsource the maintenance business to a company that has their ducks in a row and processes that work. NCR Atleos is going down and I am jumping ship ASAP.

Hired 2 months ago and let go during training.
NCR lied to all of us and said they need us in the firld. I have several emails of the managers and trainers lying to me about getting fired.
The sent us to training for 2 weeks pulled us out and fired us. NCR has to know they didn’t need us. I could have kept my last job.
@bvva+1sGOAFuB Your talents are transferable. You can be easily be trained in machines those hospital use that the nurses stations have to sign in to get dispense medicine and stuff. Those techs can go 6 figures with being on call. You’re not trapped into financial career. Look up a company like Becton Di-kinson and Co (BD) is a medical technology company, which manufactures and sells medical devices
Ok for now, but if your looking any length of time, your in the wrong place. Don’t get caught miserable or unemployed with 10-20 more years to work.

There have been some good managers, they are usually fired or let go.
The Atleos managers left have all drank the cool aid, they play favorites, are un ethical, and will lie right to you, usually on a phone call or teams meeting. Some have been sc--wing over techs for decades, they are really good at it.
