KYC staffs across all sites should be replaced by AI. Period..

The fact that anyone thinks AI is a feasible replacement for humans is delusional. There’s more to KYC than algorithms. It’s not a “older” vs “younger” problem. It’s us vs. the executives.

Truly curious if any of you have ever worked in a KYC background. There’s more to it than it seems and it’s not black and white.

This massive layoff should focus Risk, Tech partially and KYC folks. Specially 50+ years folks just sitting comfortably for the retirement.
