Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Failed Executives

The executives are literally some of the worst I’ve seen run a company. These are the same idots that thought we can be like Tesla by splitting our EV business from our very profitable F150 gas line up, and then make everyone think Model E is worth $100B. They have no vision and are literally following what our competitors are doing.

I recently attended an employee event where they showcased our “fresh new lineup of vehicles”… you know what the message of that event was… how can we improve quality?? An employee event with our new vehicles, and the message was how do we improve quality…smh. I couldn’t wait to leave.

If quality is our main concern, which it should be, then focus and pinpoint the problem where quality failed from design to assembly. Then you pressure those leaders to fix it or they are fired.

But what do I know I’m just a lowly GSR trying to find a nut.

Next time try a little bit of brown shoe polish on your nose. Just a dab will do ya. A little bit of it goes a long way at Ford!

“Compromised” like in the payroll of the CCP to run an American company into the ground?

Interesting plot twist.

Is it possible that our leadership is compromised? Just a theory…

Yep and the grown ups never asked us for our opinion on anything. They could have paid me 1/10 what Fartley is getting and I would have not lost 15 billion on EV’s and vehicle connection BS.

Skunk works was the worst run program I’ve ever seen. Leadership there approved some truly stupid ideas that were later reversed, and then some of the individuals responsible left the company. But not the ones at the top who couldn’t see through the bs.

J Farley, delivering lower global market share since hired as a marketing genius in 2008
D Field, failed to deliver anything in four years, at a cost of $5 billion per year
C Moran, failed at Canopy Security, cost over $200 million to refund all customers

We need change at the top, these people have been destructive to the brand and morale.

You improve quality by firing people with battle scars and replacing them with cheaper inexperienced people.

Did I get that right?
