I'm asking this in all honesty. No real chance of climbing up, no crazy good pay to justify this much work, toxicity and passive-aggressiveness all around, overblown expectations, and now horror-movie level control of our movement and productivity. So, what’s really the point? I’ll be here only until I find something else. Preferably less creepy.

This was a very good company until that Frankenidiot and his First Data buffoons took control. They completely ruined original fiserv. So happy I’m out.

Well you're here because you don't find something else and chose to be here. Go somewhere else. Same for everyone. It's creepy/dependent behavior when someone joins a company and then blames the company for their lack of options in a free country. Get good enough to go somewhere else.
As we think of reasons they will get rid of them. If you look at their actions and ignore all the bs they say, it’s obvious that THEY WANT (expensive) USA AND NZ ASSOCIATES TO QUIT TO AVOID PAYING SEVERANCE PACKAGES.
The only benefit is, it’s a paycheck until we can get other jobs.

Jobs other than the CEO might not be as desirable, but there is a payoff for 1 in 44,444!
