Crazy to think that after being forced into giving all of his team insulting and fabricated feedback (we exceed our deliverable metrics and objectives) this is the effort he puts in, when his whole job is to manage a small team. I really agree with someone on here who said the behavioral things are we-ponized against high performers who deliver what they’re asked to.

Many use LLM; but many also use LLM with hand-written input; PRs take a lot of time to write (if the leader cares to do it right). Trust me you are likely getting better feedback now compared to previous years or decades. The fact that it does not align with your rating is because the rating is artificially low to make quotas.

@ed Rage needs bait when gaslighting is the main course
Do you think I had time to write all the reviews myself? I have a dozen people working for me, constantly bothering me with their 'problems', each time I was asked me a question, I put that much less effort into their PR, there are 40 boxes to fill out for each id--t, yes you got PR slop from AI. Take me to speak up and we'll sort this out.
@bq Assuming you have an excellent manager, you know you are being rated for what you did starting this year, right? Most of the results we are seeing is work done years before. Unless you did work this year that resulted in recalls etc. then, yeah, you should be rated accordingly.
Managers rated everything in mid performance evaluation as meeting the objectives or exceeded. However, the company is loosing money, recalls every week, sales are going down, quality is worse than before, moral is in the sh-t can, productive is in the slump. Explain to me how is it that we are meeting our objectives, unless those are our objectives for this year. It's all a bunch of BS.
