I stick to just what’s expected at work now and save my energy for my own life. Giving more to a company that would PIP you for no reason in a second isn’t worth it. It’s easier to focus on what matters outside the office.

Yes feel the same, the juice ain’t worth the squeeze anymore so after 15 years I’m targeting a PIP and payoff. Life’s too short.
