Hey, has anyone got information about the redundancy package for people in the UK? I heard that enhanced package was given during 2023/2024 but not sure if it has remained the same for 2025? Thank you.

They don t like perf route as too much time and effort. Besides you may file a lawsuit or report them to the regulators for some misdemeanour. Better to pay you to keep quiet.
@bq I cannot directly ask the MD about the severance package though.
@aa A very good question for the MD over your area. Unlike the swathe of cuts in 2023/24, the MDs will have full visibility.

Zero enhanced package. 1 month’s salary per 1 year’s service, which is capped at 12 months. As likely, you’ll be managed out via the performance management route, entitling you to no package, thereby saving the company money 🤷♂️
