Release update from KL touts positive improvements and encourages the continuation of the same, however the fact that we are at this place at all speaks to the numerous missteps and bad decisions made up to this point.. be ready; estimating 3000 layoffs sometime first 10 days of October.. bet on it.

If you have any "heart at work" recognition points or bright horizons vouchers left (can be used for Wag or Rover walks as well as childcare) - best go redeem those now. I'd be suprised if these benefits are accessible after the hammer drops.
The Karen shills are active again. All lawsuits require law, facts, and jurisdiction. Lawsuits aren’t frivolous wants. Breaking a law and inflicting mental anguish is grounds for damages. Having taken a salary is irrelevant. This looks like the work of someone really ignorant ( probably HR).
Heard from an internal source that there will be a large layoff 10/1-10/3, with most occurring 10/1. This aligns with the rumor mill here. Good luck folks, may the odds be ever in your favor.

It is all the fault of the current administration, not a global pandemic? Generic terms like toxic explains nothing. I stand with what I said and asked, do you think it’s ok to sue companies because you don’t like it?

If you haven’t noticed, the economy is a disaster and inflation through the roof thanks to the current administration and there are multiple wars happening. There are fewer opportunities that pay less and we are on the brink of a recession. Let’s see if you remain judgmental of others when you and your family/friends are affected.

Let what was once a good company to want to work for (Aetna) go down in flames. Most of the managers/supervisors in my area have checked out and morale is at an all time low.
managers are getting RTO compliance reports at ALL locations, not just published CT and RI offices. Be sure you're above 60 percent, so they don't have an easy excuse.
The Survey is an important dataset. It should be published online. It will corroborate retaliation. Think about this, you have 150,000 responses. You can nail down the fact that a retaliatory culture exists. There will be 3500 layoffs. Jackson Lewis is ready.
With EM and CB in Med D not being fired for all the damage they do daily to this company how can anyone expect to turn this mess around. Erin and Christopher must go immediately. They are in over their heads!

Has anyone having issues with their VPN or their VPN slowing down? Just curious, the last two layoffs I had and others noticed it slowing down and issues.
also received a heads up from my boss that layoffs are most likely coming in october. she didnt say much else, but i suspect her vacation schedule in october will align with layoffs

My department work load has gone down a lot. they also told us that we will have a code freeze starting October lol I don’t know what the he-l we will do the next 3/4 months
Tis the season of layoffs. Culture is toxic and bad for your mental, physical, and career health. Woke going broke (intentionally or unintelligently). Arrogance and ignorance is blinding decision makers.
I have been told from reliable sources layoff are taking place 10/1-10/3. The majority will be on 10/1.
