I'll go first:

  1. Cut Costs
  2. Cut Thick Mgmt Layers
  3. Build Alliances

Continue losing customers, raising prices, and insisting we are winning in the marketplace.

@bn They all suk and they all have to go. There are some great engineers left, but Kyle has to go along with EVERYONE associated with marketing, advertising, products, and branding. They all suk! Finance has been a clown car since Matt left, and the board needs to go to the outside to fix that leadership mess! But Hans and Scampath are the two most responsible for the damage and the stock price.

I am backing up the truck at this price and change in command. Hans is a BSer just like Sampath. Both love to tell tall tales but neither can deliver on their promises.

This is the time to load up on the stock as the losers are being sidelined and the assets are still good.

No, Dan Schulman's father was not a union organizer. His father, Mel Schulman, was a chemical engineer. The union organizer in his family was his grandfather, who worked in the garment district in New York City. Schulman has stated that his family history of activism, including his grandfather's role and his mother's participation in civil rights demonstrations, gave him "social activism in my DNA"

He's a stop gap and is here to do some serious dirty work.

I would not be under any illusion that he is anything but another BOD / Black Rock crony. Of course he is saying all the right things, but you are only going to grow and retain the base by taking on COA and COR. All that will come at the expense of headcount and employees. Of course some executives will leave to "pursue other interests" but 100% expect more off shore and out source.

  1. Fire an executive
  2. Fire an executive
  3. Fire an executive

Who would Schulman fire?

Sampath seems the obvious answer, if the board had any confidence he could lead VZ he would have been promoted now.

Kyle has also been around long and VBG isn’t any better under him.

Joe is probably safe for now but on a tight leash.

Marketing lady should be forced out for wasting money on the rebrand.

Hope Sam is gone. Most useless exec at VZ.

@b0 I’m not so sure about that. His dad was a union organizer.

Pay technicians prevailing nyc wages
A Laborer in nyc is 75 dollars a hour without benefits for example. All they do is break and clean stuff

No wonder why techs dont give a cr-p. If u want hurt bodies where is 40percent bump in hourly wages
