it used to be in December but the company skipped last year and heard they moved it to this coming May but i haven't seen any email regarding promotions and salary raise. does anyone know?

@jh The inflation rate in about 2.5 the Bay Area and 3.4% in Los Angeles.
I’m based in the US and just had my compensation review today. Even though my performance rating matched last year's high marks, my ISU took a nose down dive —dropping by over 40%.

My spouse is a Synopsys employee in United States. Spouse met with manager today (22 April) and got the salary information today.
I’m seriously thinking about leaving the company, it’s the first time I’ve felt this way after all these years. Compared to the market, the compensation is weak, promotion opportunities are limited, and the base salary is low. It really makes you wonder why we’re still here. Ansys was already underpaying, but Synopsys feels worse, underpaying, unstable, and lacking respect for employees. It honestly feels like we’re cheap lambs being led to the sla-ghter!!
