@cx while you may not have been impacted it is absolutely true as I have seen posts on LinkedIn over the last few days from people impacted. Sounds like fusion is doing quiet layoffs too like medsol has for the last year and a half
I work for Fusion and this is NOT true.
@bm best dang description of the demise of med sol
Left wind Government prints COVID money and dumps it into the healthcare system. Agencies mis-use money, padding their pockets, Baxter Arena parties (featuring a Zoolander MC and some dude throwing paint at a piece of scrap metal), PUP payouts, cooking class meetings, yoga classes, etc. Not to mention putting games in the office breakroom. Knit whits praise leadership in the company meeting chats. “Best company ever!” Blah blah blah! Awkward Mr Rogers spin offs. Creepy legal counsel videos. DEI initiatives. Anyone who didn’t realize this was not sustainable (including C-Suite) had their heads shoved up where the sun don’t shine. Company is sold to private equity, stakeholders are set for life. COVID money dries up. Private equity has one thing in mind, and that’s ROI. At all costs. They don’t give 2 craps about anyone. One look at the Ranstad crew’s track record, and you would’ve seen where this thing was headed. Let’s not get into the traveler greed on top of all that.
I feel like the one who keeps saying fake etc. is the one positing the other companies offshoring to try to justify what Medical Solutions is doing. At the end of the day I hope this all backfires on these greedy companies. Letting hard working, dedicated Americans go to save a few bucks and slave labor these poverty countries. Keep it up America will be poor along with them.
Way to stick it to fellow Americans! Sickening
Aya also announced they are moving 75% of their support roles for AMs to the Philippines by the end of November!
Yes it’s true. I’ve seen those affected post on linked in over the last 2 days they are open to work due to fusion layoffs
