I’m sorry (not sorry), but these town halls are an absolute joke. I’ve been sick to my stomach listening to all of the bullsh*t being spewed out. They don’t care about us, very clearly. It’s all about the CASH.
Oh and can’t forget. Throwing all that money into co-ktails in Jamaica was fabulous.

I know the last day for some is on 6/20 that was announced. Has anyone had any luck with employment who has that end date?
I think it was bad taste to act like everything was a big party today when you had many on that call working their 30 day notice and had to listen to your future is so bright speech's. That speaks volumes as to what kind of heartless elites run this place now. Do better!
When a reputation is tarnished and clientele is going to competitor companies instead of the hot mess Medical Solutions is the numbers being down checks out. Everyone for the past couple years has been saying that isn't going to change. Numbers will remain low, loss of clinicians, loss of money, and continued loss of employment (ie: the layoffs). The damage has been done in that department and there's no coming back from that reputation now. That's why many are leaving. The only thing left to happen with the company is shutting down and bankruptcy at some point down the line.
I am still shocked they are down in numbers. They have laid off a ton of American wage paying jobs, isn’t that the reason for outsourcing so they can pay Philippine workers nothing to save money?????? And they are still not profiting? What is really going on with this company?
Disgusting. If I wasn’t looking for a job I’d jump ship from LinkedIn because of the BS rah-rah being posted. It’s demoralizing. Also the entire industry is laughing at us.
That meeting shows us all how out of touch they are with their hardworking employees and what they are putting human's through. Just isn’t fair. I left feeling so defeated because the future they were cheering about we don’t exist.
The amount of back-slapping and brainless banter today first made me so annoyed. And then when they started talking about how they’re investing in people I was so furious I just wanted to throw my laptop through a window. They just exceeded at giving a new low to the phrase “tone-deaf”.
I feel the same way. I actually had to step away from my desk. I’m sorry, “limitless growth” for their people? You mean limitless layoffs. It’s gross.
