So, I set a bunch of fake meetings so Sapience thinks I work 7hrs a day. in reality, i work maybe 2hrs. on top of that i live near the office and my team is offshore so i badge in around 8..go home and write some emails. then i workout or nap. by 5pm i stop by office to badge again so i even log 9hrs. their badging software su-ks also. loving fiserv #fiservProud

- Company tracks a log if you send stuff to your personal email.
- Sapience breaks out if you are active or inactive on your pc during that meeting. It is pretty obvious looking at the reports your pattern
If you are setting up meetings, then there must be another person on the invite. Either you have partner in crime or you send it to yourself. If you have a partner...kudos. If you setup that many meetings with your personal email, leadership is going to see it. Secondly...Sapience is going to show you as idle during the meetings.
We already know that managers do not do any work. You aren't sharing anything new.

I am not trolling. I know about the powerbi report bc i have offshore folks that report to me. you fools can work extra hard while I take it easy. if my sapience report is fixed, then I’ll just have to start working normally again. until then, I’ll take it easy due to 85% bonus. :)
