Cost Savings measures...?

We were told we are in a travel freeze, no promotions/raises till October (believe that when I see it) and yet - eLt mtgs in EMEA, Winners circle for 100+ in Hawaii (how do you celebrate NO NEW LOGOS?) continued RSU's to execs. Tell me again how this helps the bottom line? more individuals/teams get decimated, more work on those left behind. How are we poised any better in the marketplace now other than JW's self promotion? The ELT isn't serious. This place is a joke.

Travel freezes? Well for the minions yes. Meanwhile the ELT boarded several private jets and went for a sojourn to Europe.

They are now rubbing it into our faces with their antics.

Meanwhile, the workers have to take pay cuts, use old laptops that are broken and beg for marketing swag. We can't even afford to give customers a pen now because of budget constraints.

Pay freezes for everyone but the ELT should be a sign to get out. You can increase your pay by 25% by going to another company.

I escaped last year and it has been such a weight off my shoulders. I do feel sorry for my colleagues who are still there not getting pay rises. Whilst those above them continue to reward themselves, they suffer in silence

I don't think anyone is getting blindsided at this point. If you are at TD, it's by choice and likely because you are getting something out it.

The joke is on all of you who stick around waiting to get blind sided by management....hey!? we have no idea how this criteria was decided, we just lay people off. Just Wait till you get blindsided. You can stop making excuses and start now to prepare for the end - and embrace your future opportunity in your career. Take control of your welling being both financially and mentally now rather than letting TDC control your life and career.

ELT and the Board both know Teradata is headed for a cliff. Grab what you can while you can because soon there won't be much left.

I got out a couple of months ago and the new company is amazing. Get out while you can it much more entertaining watching this slow motion train wreck from the outside.
