T2 bonus for ISP

For associates that get ISP, do they receive the regular T2 bonus while on leave?

@bh EDJ isn't most companies. It was prorated because you didn't work when you went on maternity leave. Any full-time associate that is employed until August 31, 2025 is eligible for a full payout.

Most companies cut employees so they do not have to pay bonuses. Nothing is guaranteed and I didn’t receive a full bonus when I had maternity. I wouldn’t expect anything

@a2 Do you realize that bonuses are paid retroactively for past work? If you were employed during the entire trimester (T2), you get 100% bonus.

@aa ISP folks will be "employed" through November but not required to do any work after 9/5.

Nothing is prorated. As long as you're employed through 8/31/25, you're eligible for the full bonus.

Yes. ISP’ed resources should spend the next two week transitioning their work and completing their reviews.

yes, but may be prorated based upon the leave time during the period. If you're out the entire trimester = 0.

I have been on maternity leave and on a separate medical leave and still got my bonuses during those times. It would be absolutely insane if they also took that from us.
