facts !

Pat learned that behavior from Andy back in the day when Intel dominated..

and the minions just behave like their bosses.

but, you would think after Intel lost leadership position, market share and failed at every new market entry attempt that it would take the shine off the arrogance... but, never happened it is so engrained.

and this is a cultural blind spot that pi---s off customers and makes it much more likely the turn around fails. I hope the lesson is learned, but as Andy used to say, 'hope is not a strategy'...

Yes. Intel was one of the most aggrogant companies I have worked with. The never thought their sh-t stinked.

Quality is what Intel is missing. All the directions need good execution quality. Since Intel does not pursue high quality any more, this is why schedule slip and many people without knowledge and quality start to dominate. People do not have quality technical skills are more likely to be promoted to managers.

Shitel will be bankrupt before it realizes it. Arrogant company working on ancient technology with bloated workforce.
