  • For Boeing.

This part of the site. It doesn’t say Burger King, Amazon or Walmart. The Op asking the question should honesty know some of this. Or ask a manager.

Like the other guy said, a lot of trollers asking basic questions.

@bgv+14KpdC3W No this site is specifically about layoff discussion, news and rumors.

Jesus....if your actually an employee, ask your manager.

I assume the Op is a troller lookin to ‘bate or a reporter lookin for info.

Learn from the ding dong from the times the other day....he quoted some people off here saying “15%-35% layoffs” and it backfired on him and he had to retract his sh–.

This site is for Boeing employees looking to vent, crack goofy jokes and occasionally pass info.

Agree with the 1st and 3rd post. Some people need to stop trolling around posting stupid comments just for attention.

Agree with the first reply. If you are salaried it depends upon your performance, but also the criticality of your position. If you have a clearance you are likely safe from ILO. In my experience it is usually the higher levels that get ILO in salaried positions, there is a trend that once you get to 4 and 5 level it is a lot harder to score great PM reviews, and also levels above 4 earn sig more. If your team has a lot of people leaving or open backfills this might also create a safe zone.

Are you salary or hourly? Salary is based on performance. Hourly is by seniority. What’s your job code?
