These Managers provide conflicting directions which they don't even understand and are USELESS......waste of space. Fiserv needs workers.

it would be nice at the bare minimum if we had standards. they don't even have to be nice (that's alot to ask for). but just give us some guidance? instead of being a weird micromanager that never takes accountability.
true that, we receieve very conflicting orders every day, we are anything but client focusednwhich higher management wants us to be. Mike seems like an honest giy but these managers are too political, they just have their self interest in mind.

My middle manager literally sat around all day and did absolutely NOTHING. Wouldn't even answer the phone when called and NEVER had one on one with me. Fairly certain they just sit there, do their own thing, and absorb a paycheck
There aren’t any middle managers left in fig. A few with the title but are actually full time team leads
Where do you think the so called "middle managers" get their direction..... you are barking up the wrong tree... the vision comes from above and they regurgitate it to their teams.
most are just leftovers that stayed. not really qualified for their roles
