Not sure why anyone does not believe that the plan is to offshore 70 percent of everything and only keep 30 percent state. Than those 30 percent would be contract workers

offshore may not do it right but 100% they get more work which leaves us scrambling to just click to not get in trouble half the department just sits there and clicks for 5-7 hours a day now without work

You clearly don’t work in pre payment review. There’s literally buckets of onshore and offshore and 100% they do get more work. You can even see it when you work in there.
Stop commenting on things you have no idea about because you’ve never worked in payment integrity pre pay review.
You are clueless and don’t know that this is 110% true
