@e9 This is not true from what I see as a SLT made it his mission to over exceed 18 trip reports. Since this is a rumour board, I will continue creating TRs from emails I received and sent.

@bf I do not have further details as my inside line was a leader who is a pre-Dell friend of mine that just texted me a quick blurb about it going away while they were sitting on a leadership call. I think that's the extent of the details right now, that it is being done away with and primary KPIs will be SalesChat, number of meetings on your calendar, and that they're going to roll out corporate access to Claude and Gemini.

Yes, they increased the reqirement to 18 calls last week. But now they're already rolling that back since they can see everybody fudging numbers and no quantifiable value being generated from this asinine expectation.
