Housing is starting their process of being outsourced. Now recruiters have even more obstacles to contend with when we finally get our travelers cleared.

@bf LEAN is for factories and jobs that are repetitive, warehouse, construction, and certain service industries. It is not for people that deal with the public on a day in and day out basis. Travelers have needs that can change from one day to another. They do not get that!!!
@OP But the off shore workers are such great people!!! What are we???
@2ew agree 100% but are you surprised!? Month to month sh-t gets worse and worse but ELT is so proud of all the wonderful things happening and praising and rewarding offshore teams and have NO CLUE the work behind each role truly takes. It's a numbers thing like Oh we have 8 people that do XXXX in XXXX dept we can cut it to 5 and have the same outcome and save $$. NOPE!! Not the same and by the way, costs are still being cut and you STILL don’t see the financial benefits medsol. FU--ING ID--TS
They will regret this. They have no idea how much housing actually does and how much detail and communication goes into it. This is a HUGE mistake on their part.
@eg idk I’m in recruiting but heard from a housing person
Another stellar decision by Rebecca and Co. This is what happens when you hire a CEO who has no prior knowledge or work experience in HEALTHCARE staffing!
Use cheap labor get cheap out comes…. you lose money when you get people onboarded and they get cancelled or back out…. Welcome to lean workforce the magical land of make believe brought to you by those who don’t know how to do the job…..
When you say started the process, does that mean they handed out 30 day notices?
Well looks like we’ll be finding our own housing too!
Trust us when we say we hate every ounce of what they are doing! It’s been a complete sh-t show and we end up doing all the work for those outsourced hires.
