No large company is about making it a better place for employees. Everyone is about profits whether it be shareholders or CEO’s d-mbo.
@OP Not to be a naysayer but as an earlier post pointed out, it may just be rats leaving a sinking ship. Sycamore isn’t buying Walgreens to make it a better place for employees. They are looking to make a profit for their investors. They will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
