Can we kick out the corrupt bribe greedy TCS and infosys and Telgus? That should be enough to clean 80% of mess in cvs to start with
Until they fire all of the useless VPs and above that blindly followed Karen’s stupidity as she ran this company into the ground, we’re going nowhere fast. Continued bad decisions and lack of strategy will weigh as we’re forced to lay off more and more people until we’re eventually gutted and looking like Sears.

You don’t have to be a Disney, Starbuck, Twitter buddy for promotions (if you are, those are likely legit deserved promos) —- in CVS you need to be a TCS, infosys buddy. These are the middle managers who were all contractors previously. They control the hires, headcount, charging bribes from body shops etc. Don’t kid yourself about the standard of people here 😂 it’s absolute sc-m. Ugly looking too. And having Starbucks/disney connections type things are for better companies, not cvs. Here it’s all TCS cognizant infosys dumdums all the way up to TM!
This was the guy who talked about shadow IT in the company.
The whole company runs shadow IT because the infrastructure was never modernized to support business expansion. Merging 2 companies had absolutely no plan whatsoever.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And yes there are certain people making decision swho don't know how an ID increments in a DB or how ETL works...but they are male and from southeast asia....

Agree with the IT hate, it's gotten really bad since they brough in TM and he brought in some of his Disney buddies. Never did I think it could get worse than under R. Listening to TM speak in a townhall is worse than getting laid-off. However, the rest of the company is equally as bad.... they need to push for IT change. In IT.. you are either a Disney, Starbuck, Twitter buddy or there is no promotion future making nobody really works hard/care.

There are still firewalls in places that prevent legal entities from accessing each others data. There are systems still running core business that were built over 20 years ago. Business done not have money to support the IT structure needed, so they rely on SharePoint.
Throwing everyone under the IT umbrella where we still have Milton holding a stapler was a mistake.
Not just them. Close your eyes and walk into an IT floor of cvs, you’ll smell the reason cvs is being taken down. Or open your eyes and see the uglies for yourself
