I wish we could get an update. It would be helpful to know targets in each department. Wondering if it will impact leaders more than associates. Who’s going to do the work if they remove associates? Already super lean

@OP ask the ER change and comms team. They think just having a FAQ and a website will solve all.
@bd yep! My old area was totally destroyed due to offshoring and we weren't some low skill dept. The training was awful for our replacements. 10 of us got replaced by 27 contractors in india and they STILL can't do the work correctly or timely. Ohhh but this is the way forward for chubak & friends. I mean how else is he ever going to get that 2nd private jet??
The work is being done offshore. More and more jobs are being handled in India. It's been this way for a few years.
The firm can pay pennies on the dollar for this type of work and remove alot of tenured associates to reap from paying out the hefty salaries.
