Well our office is 92% Indian and it is in SF. Unbelievable. Indians only hire Indians.

Dell Technologies Office of Diversity & Inclusion and its moonshot goals discriminates against lots of people.

The University of Texas got rid of this nonsense and that’s a great start.

Everyone knows you can't hire people off race. Instead you hire your buddies and family (who all happen to be your same race). It's "fair" skin wins. Fill the lower ranks with women and non-black minorities to pretend like you care. Then rage about black people on the Internet crashing jets (never happened). Same it has always been.

State of Texas has already started the initial groundwork for this with Texas Senate Bill 17 and 20 other states have introduced 34 bills aimed at dismantling DEI.

DEI practices are discriminatory and give special treatment based on race, color, gender and ethnicity rather than merit
