Well said! It’s so sad to watch people fall for it. DEI tries to program people to see race in everything.

In sports with objective criteria this works. Corporate America is full of nepotism and buddy-buddy hires.
Everyone knows you can't hire people off race. Instead you hire your buddies and family (who all happen to be your same race). It's "fair" skin wins. Fill the lower ranks with women and non-black minorities to pretend like you care. Then rage about black people on the Internet crashing jets (never happened). Same it has always been.
Oh look the C-suite and board in the US is still 99% white and Indian even with DEI. Why are so many worked up? It's a nothing burger and fake rage bait.
State of Texas has already started the initial groundwork for this with Texas Senate Bill 17 and 20 other states have introduced 34 bills aimed at dismantling DEI.
